Limited edition of the Guggenheim Bilbao model in plaster by Chisel & Mouse

This model was exhibited twice in the museum shops of Caixaforum Madrid and Barcelona (2016), and it is sold well packed without the original packaging. Perfect condition.

Frank Gehry’s revered Guggenheim Bilbao Museum is a spectacular building made of titanium, glass, and limestone. Standing on the bank of Nervion River, it is a truly unique and mesmerizing structure with its complex swirling design.

The museum has been described as the “most important structure of our time” and secured Gehry’s place in architectural history.

Our model is of the riverfront facade, complete with canopy. Hopefully, we have managed to do this magnificent building justice!

Made of strong plaster that has a reassuring weight and smooth and cool feel. Metal parts from the entrance of the building are made of etched brass. The roof at the building’s entrance is made of 3D printed plastic due to size – the finish blends well with the rest of the sculpture.

Handmade in Sussex, England.
